We wanted to bring to our readers some of our favorite basement workouts. Creativity and results are two primary themes you will see running through our Basement Series. Our focus is on using minimal equipment to get steady results. This series will utilize tools such as kettlebells, exercise bands, wall-balls, slam-balls, and your own bodyweight.
